FIRST FRIDAY RELEASE: Go Figure
December 6 @ 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
December 6th is FIRST FRIDAY, so we are releasing a brand new beer! It’s a new recipe perfect for the holiday season and for ringing in the new year with friends and family.
GO FIGURE (Belgian Style Stout with Cinnamon & Figs, 8.5%) – Go Figure takes the classic winter stout to the next level with an imaginative twist involving a unique combination of rich malts, dynamic yeast character, and decadent ingredients (highlighted by 50 pounds of candied Black Mission Figs roasted by the talented chefs at Victoria Gastro Pub). Notes of cinnamon buns, candied figs, chocolate-covered bananas, and a hint of dark toffee are balanced by toasted bread and malt complexity. The medium body and soft carbonation make for a velvety mouthfeel, while the sneaky 8.5% ABV brings a gentle warmth. This one pairs beautifully with desserts, hearty dishes, or quiet moments of reflection.

The Farm & Taproom will be open all weekend (Friday 4-9pm, Saturday 12-7pm, and Sunday 12-7pm) with 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go. All seating on the Farm is first come, first served. We have indoor seating, a large covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out and find your new favorite spot with friends. (if you bring a tent, don’t forget the weights/stakes).
Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be open all weekend with Neapolitan-style brick oven pizzas… plus the following themed specials!
Porc & Figaro
Fig Butter, Pumpkin Pulled Pork, Mozzarella, Goat Cheese, Apples
Figgy Beer Chocolate Brownies
(please note the Pizza Trolley may close one hour before farm closes.)
While visiting the farm, be sure to check out our agriculture in action. Our award-winning beers may be our most well-known agricultural product, but our 54-acre working farm has so much more to offer. In fact, the majority of our land is used for agriculture… so you can’t miss it no matter where you are on the farm!
As you enter the farm, on the right side of the driveway, you will see 14 acres of non-GMO corn. Every single beer brewed at Manor Hill uses this corn in its recipe. On the left side of the driveway as you enter you will see our 12-acre cow pasture where we host about 20-25 Black Angus Cattle on the farm from Spring to Fall (there is an additional cattle pasture behind the residence). Directly behind our Taproom, we have a coop with one rooster (Elvis) and approximately 30 egg-laying hens. Next to our chicken coop is our goat enclosure featuring Mary and Gilbert, a mother and son set of Pygmy Goats. Last, but certainly not least, is our array of gardens on the farm that produce various vegetables, fruits, and herbs used in our beer, Trolley pizza, and at our restaurants. Informational signs on the property as well as our staff can answer any questions you have during your visit.
Note that our Pizza Trolley & other food trucks may close one hour before the farm closes. Please check back regularly as this schedule can change as the date approaches.
