FIRST FRIDAYS features the following releases at Manor Hill Brewing on May 4th…

“Hidden Hopyard Vol 11”  Imperial IPA, 8%

For our next installment in this limited hop series, we incorporated a flavorful hop blend of Ella, Topaz and Galaxy.  The malt bill consists of Howard County grown base malts from Dark Cloud along with some flaked wheat and oats.  The resulting beer will pour a hazy straw color crowned by a big white head.  Aromatics of pineapple and passionfruit dominate the nose followed by an incredibly clean citrus flavor profile with a slightly dry finish.

“Keyboard Cowboy”  India Pale Ale, 6.5%

With a few sips of this crushable Hazy IPA, you too can become a Keyboard Cowboy.  We added sweet orange peel to the kettle and then double dry-hopped with Hull Melon and Mandarina Bavaria hops.  This offering displays bold citrus aromatics followed by flavors of overripe peach and a pillowy mouthfeel.

PLUS a few cases of CROOKED BEAK will be available!  This IPA (7.7%) is making a brief comeback!  Named after our favorite rooster on the farm, this East Coast IPA is one of our favorite recipes.  It was hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria.  A hazy golden body is crowned by a big white head.  Aromas of mango, tangerine and berries come through on the nose.  The flavor profile displays some citrus fruit character with a very low bitterness and a soft mouthfeel.

$16/4-pack, $75/case. 16 oz cans. Mixed cases permitted.
