FIRST FRIDAYS continues with more releases at Manor Hill Brewing…
MY PLACE OR YOURS (India Pale Ale, 7.7%)
For this limited release, we collaborated with Pariah Brewing Company, from San Diego! It was hopped with copious amounts of Galaxy, Citra, Motueka and Mosaic. We used our house yeast for this one along with a healthy dose of flaked wheat and oats for a soft mouthfeel. The resulting beer will pour a hazy golden body with a fluffy white head. Aromatics and flavors of tangerine zest, papaya and mango accompany a slightly dry finish.
SLEEVES (Imperial Stout, 10%)
For this year’s version of “Sleeves”, Kurt created an incredibly full bodied Imperial Stout! No additional adjunct flavoring needed in this one. It pours a jet black body crowned by a khaki head. A bold blend of Irish Stout, Chocolate and Roasted malts combine to provide you with bold roasted aromatics. This is followed by an almost chewy mouthfeel that is laced with cocoa, caramel and chai notes.
16 oz cans. $16/4 pack, $75 case. Mixed Cases permitted
Reservations to the Taproom are not required for to-go only sales, but you should make one if you plan to hang out and/or sample.
