“Crooked Panda”
NEIPA, 7.7% ABV
For this collaborative project, our pals from Hysteria came through to do a fun mash up between our Crooked Beak IPA and their Trash Panda IPA. The malt bill consists of pilsner, pale, white wheat and lots of flaked oats for a luscious mouthfeel. Heavy additions of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops combine to exude bold stone fruit, pine, and citrus with every enjoyable sip! $16 / 4pk, $75 / Case
“Life of Fortitude: Noble Cascade”
Dry Hopped Pilsner, 5.3% ABV
This is our rotational dry hopped lager series. For this one, we gently hopped our house lager with the debittered leaf of Cascade. The resulting beer will pour a clear golden body crowned by a fluffy white head. Aromatics and flavors of lemongrass and citrus peel dominate the experience with a touch of biscuit character in the finish. $12 / 4pk, $60 / Case
Reservations to the Taproom are not required for to-go only sales, but you should make one if you plan to hang out and/or sample.
